This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the applicable refund conditions for purchases made directly on the Product, which are assessed on an eligibility basis and granted only where the stated conditions and applicable legal requirements are satisfied.

By purchasing a subscription or service, you acknowledge that the purchase is final and that you are accessing a DIGITAL SERVICE with immediate availability. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once access has begun, unless otherwise expressly stated below.

I. SUBSCRIPTION

Access to the full DramaTV content library requires a paid subscription. The full list of DramaTV’s subscription plans and pricing are provided on the Website. You can choose from different subscription options. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars or in your local currency depending on your location, and may vary by country. You will have all the necessary information about your subscription plan on the Website before the purchase.

II. PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your subscription via debit or credit card. The payment is processed via Paddle payment system. Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you have chosen.

III. CANCELLATION

Your subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours before it expires, unless you cancel it before the end of the current subscription period. Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period.

For purchases made through our mobile apps, subscriptions and cancellations are handled by the app stores. You may cancel your subscription through the relevant platform if you purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective policies.

If you purchased a subscription on our website, you can manage your subscription through the Paddle Customer Portal, the link to which is provided in your subscription confirmation email. You may cancel your subscription via the portal, by using the cancellation link in the confirmation email, or by contacting us at [email protected]. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next subscription period.

IV. REFUNDS

Please note that, generally, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable due to immediate access to the digital service, except otherwise as stated in this policy. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction and certain criteria established by our company:

Refund Requests Within 14 Days:
To be eligible for a refund, customers must submit their request within 14 days of making their first purchase directly through our website. It is essential that all refund claims are made before the end of the subscription period and not exceed the active usage limit stated below.

No Active Usage (Fewer than 3 episodes watched)
Eligibility for a refund within this 14-day window will be determined based on content consumption. We define active usage as watching 3 or more full episodes through our platform. Such active usage will make the purchase non-refundable. Conversely, customers who have watched fewer than 3 full episodes may qualify for a refund, assuming their request is filed within the 14-day period.

Exceptions:
Beyond 14 Days: Any refund requests made more than 14 days after the first purchase date are non-refundable.
Active Usage: Due to the costs associated with running the systems and licensing the content that powers our service, purchases by actively engaged users (3 or more full episodes watched) are non-refundable.

General Conditions:
Payments are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable if the conditions of this Refund Policy are not met. Additionally, should an alternative refund option be offered at checkout, it will supersede this Refund Policy, and customers opting for that alternative will not be eligible for refunds hereunder.

V. CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES

If, at any time, you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any payment of applicable subscription fees in your account, we may disable or terminate your account immediately at our sole discretion for the breach of your payment obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including by providing the relevant financial institution with any information proving that the payment in question was authorized by the user responsible for such chargeback.

VI. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such changes by posting them on or through the Website, or in other prominent ways. If you do not wish to pay the updated fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
